Shipping rates and pickup
We ship eligible parcels from Mississauga, Ontario. Production time is separate from shipping time; the product-specific production estimate takes priority.
Ontario standard parcel rates are based on estimated shipping weight, including a packing allowance:

For other Canadian provinces and territories, standard parcel rates are $25 up to 0.5 kg, $35 over 0.5–2 kg, $55 over 2–5 kg, $85 over 5–10 kg, $125 over 10–20 kg, and $175 over 20–30 kg. Available Canada Post calculated options include a $5 packing fee.
These are store shipping charges based on estimated packaging, not guaranteed Canada Post quotes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The available shipping options and final shipping charge are shown before payment. We may use Canada Post or another suitable carrier.
Oversized signs and orders above the parcel weight bands: pickup or separately quoted delivery only. Large rigid panels, larger reception signs, some display frames and other bulky products cannot use standard parcel shipping. Contact 647-909-0055 or info@signsstation.com for a delivery quote before ordering. Delivery is not included in a pickup order.
Free local pickup: 2585 Drew Road, Unit 12, Mississauga, ON L4T 1G1. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. Artwork approval and production must be completed first.
There is no automatic free-shipping offer based on order value. Mixed orders may combine shipping charges from different shipping profiles. For Canadian express delivery, remote destinations or bulk orders needing special packing, contact us before ordering.
United States shipping
International parcel shipping is available to the United States only. Select US Standard or US Express at checkout. Both services are paid; rates below are in CAD before applicable taxes.

Rates include a packing allowance and are based on estimated shipping weights. Express is a faster transit option after production; it does not shorten production time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and customs clearance may cause delays.
Shipping charges do not include US import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Any required import charges must be assessed and arranged before dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need a total including import charges.
Oversized signs require a separate shipping quote and cannot use the US Standard or US Express parcel rates. Other international destinations are unavailable.
